A package of documents on cooperation was signed in Manama following the negotiations held between the President of Turkmenistan and the King of Bahrain.

Among the agreements are the Agreement on Air Communication between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain;

Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain on cooperation in the field of railway transport;

Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain on cooperation in the field of maritime transport.

All of the above Agreements are aimed at strengthening trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
