By the Decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Turkmenistan approved the procedure for charging a fee for obtaining a numbering resource from a telecom operator and the amount of the fee charged.
The document was signed in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Communications" in order to regulate relations related to the collection of a fee for obtaining a numbering resource from a telecom operator, and to establish the amount of the fee charged.
